When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days before dispatch.

How long does UK delivery take?
Once dispatched, standard UK delivery is estimated at 2–4 business days. If you offer an express service, delivery times will be shown at checkout.

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination. Delivery times vary by country.

Can I return swimwear?
Swimwear may be returned within 14 days of delivery provided it is unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and the hygiene liner or seal fully intact.

How do I know which size to order?
Please refer to our Size Guide before purchasing. If you are between sizes or need further guidance, contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.

How should I care for my SG Collective swimwear?
We recommend hand washing in cool water and allowing your swimwear to air dry. Avoid bleach, tumble drying and prolonged contact with rough surfaces to help preserve the fabric and detailing.
