At SG Collective, we take pride in the quality of our products and aim to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our returns policy carefully:

General Policy:

We do not offer returns, but we do accept exchanges for a different size on eligible items reported within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. 

Swimwear:

For hygiene reasons and to protect the safety of our customers, we do not accept exchanges on swimwear under any circumstances - unless the item is defective upon arrival.

How to report a defective item or request an exchange:

If you believe your item is defective, or would like to change the size, please contact our customer service team here within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the defect if applicable, and/or the size you would like. Our team will review your case and advise on the next steps.
